Yoga teaches a person new breathing techniques and builds strength through continued use of poses.
It also allows the person to be part of a community bigger than themselves.

Meditation allows the mind to find calm in a sea of thoughts and noises.
It is important to collect and release one's thoughts to build a strong mind, and to allow space and more room for new thoughts to arrive.
